These classes are for complete beginners and focus on the basic Muay Thai techniques you will need to progress through the grading structure including guard, footwork, attacking and defensive techniques. They will also help to steadily increase your fitness and stamina. These cover Grades 1 and 2. Once you have these grades you are able to attend all other classes as long as you have the correct uniform and safety equipment.
