We have two levels of beginners classes to help provide the best tuition and attention possible in these critical, formative stages of your learning:

Beginners 1

These classes are for complete beginners and focus on the basic Muay Thai stance, guard, footwork, attacking and defensive techniques to ensure you have the best foundations on which to build your knowledge. You can continue to attend these classes once you move on to Beginners 2 stage to reinforce these essentials and to help welcome new students joining the gym.

Beginners 2

These classes are for those who now have the basics nailed and are ready to expand on the attacking and defensive moves. A structured grading syllabus allows you to test your newly-acquired skills and track your progress through your first, second and third gradings.

The classes are taught in a friendly, welcoming environment by Sai Varley. Our timetable also allows opportunities for you to train alongside our intermediate students in selected classes to help you stretch your learning.

With over 30 years’ experience in the sport and having helped train countless champions, Sai and his Studio 2000 instructors and coaches really know how to best encourage, motivate and inspire you, whatever your fitness goals and ambitions.
