A class that shows you how to correctly apply some of the best training aids in Muay Thai, Thailand style. Students will learn how to use the Thai, belly, focus and low kick pads to hone their speed and accuracy and how to effectively utilise the heavy bags which are excellent tools for conditioning. These classes are high-intensity and designed for those wanting to improve their fitness levels, helping to improve their overall Muay Thai performance. Non-members and ex-members welcome to this class (and Open Gym) only.
