So often other gyms’ core classes incorrectly focus purely on the abdominals instead of the whole core, including the back. This can lead to muscle imbalances and potential injury. Our core conditioning sessions also work to increase your flexibility so you get a true core workout which will not only help to improve you but also to protect you.
