What is a Personal Trainer?
A personal trainer should be, at the least, educated and certified through a reputable fitness organization or in their field. This person's job is to assess your fitness level, set up a program for you and keep you motivated. He or she will push you past your comfort level--something difficult to do on your own. A trainer also provides:
* guidance on reaching your goals
* education about strength training, cardio and basic nutrition
* a reason to show up at the gym each week
* accountability
* ways to help track your progress
What is a Session Like?
Each session lasts about an hour. The first meeting is devoted to assessing fitness level, body measurements (if needed), exercise and health history and goals. Be prepared to step on the scale as this will be a good starting marker, you will also need to answer specific questions about your goals. After that, you'll spend most of your time on body weight strength training and cardio.

Sai has trained under the instruction of many Thai Masters including Masters Toddy and Sken and has worked his way through to where he is today running and teaching at Studio 2000.

Jaz Williams is one of the fighters and personal fitness trainers at Studio 2000.
Jaz took up Muay Thai in 2007, having spent his previous years playing football and weight training. Jaz became a qualified gym instructor during this time and has worked at many gyms in the area. Jaz started out doing Mixed martial Arts and only started Muay Thai to work some stand up striking as part of his mma progression, however once Jaz started training and learned more about Muay Thai he fell in love with the martial art and now it’s the only training he does.
Training at Studio 2000 has improved his fitness, his life, his lifestyle and Jaz as a person.
Jaz would love to be able to share these improvements with you and get you into the best shape of your life.
